Vegan Falafel

The Falafel originates from the Middle East but has also become a well-known product in Europe. A Falafel dish consists of balls filled with chickpeas as a base. The Falafel spice mix makes for a spicy taste and the combination of legumes and vegetables makes it a delicious vegan snack. A vegan Falafel ball weighs approximately 17 grams.

Method of preparation

Bake in oven: 14-16 minutes at 180°C. Turn once.
Fry in pan: 14-16 minutes on medium heat. Stir every now and then.
