This delectable mushroom burger is 100% vegan. It has a nice and crispy crust and the mushrooms provide a full, hearty bite. Very tasty due to the great combination of spinach and some sun-dried tomatoes for a sunny touch. A vegan Italian mushroom burger weighs 80 grams.

Method of preparation

Bake in oven: 15-17 minutes at 180°C. Turn once.
Fry in pan: 12-14 minutes on medium heat. Turn halfway.
Airfryer: 5-7 minutes at 200°C.
