Vegan Shawarma

This shawarma will turn your head! (shawarma means turning in Turkish). This typical Middle Eastern dish really needs no further explanation. This vegan shawarma has the spicy taste you’re used to from shawarma. For this shawarma, we used a warm spice mix containing, among other things, cumin, garlic, paprika and a touch of turmeric.

With this vegan shawarma, you offer consumers endless possibilities. The vegan shawarma pieces have a tasty juicy bite. Excellent on pita bread or a flatbread with lettuce and a little garlic sauce. But vegan shawarma is also delicious in a wok or oven dish. The variety in toppings is endless! Just as tasty as ‘regular’ shawarma but based on soy and 100% plant-based.
