A deliciously spicy sausage marinated according to Portuguese tradition. The Mediterranean herbs and spices, in combination with the kick of the black pepper and cayenne, make for a wonderfully flavourful marinade. These vegetarian sausages are extremely suitable for grilling on the BBQ, but also taste great on a roll or in a summer salad. A vegetarian Portuguese sausage weighs 50 grams.

Method of preparation

Bake in oven: 16-18 minutes at 180°C. Turn once.
Fry in pan: 10-12 minutes on medium heat. Turn every now and then.
Grill: Grill for 10 minutes. Turn every now and then.
