At Schouten, we work together with a variety of production partners. All of them have extensive machine parks and production lines. This give us – and you – access to all processing methods and ensures continuity, which is vital in retail.
GFSI certified and totally meat free
Good to know: our GFSI-certified production sites always maintain a strict separation between vegetarian and vegan products and other types of products. In fact, a number of production sites are totally meat free and produce exclusively plant-based ingredients. Schouten is unique in this respect.

What is AEO?
AEO stands for Authorised Economic Operator. It is a customs certificate. It is proof to customs that you are a reliable party. Having this certificate gives you advantages in international trade. This way you are less strictly checked at the border. This makes it easier and faster for goods to cross the border.
