At Schouten, we collaborate only with carefully selected production partners. Each and every one of them has extensive machine parks and production and packaging lines – including one for high-care products. This gives us access to all the necessary processing methods, and you can be sure of continuity. That’s because we know how important this is for your QSR chain or food service company.
GFSI certified and 100% plant-based
Our GFSI-certified production locations always maintain a strict separation between vegetarian and vegan products and any other products. In fact, a number of production sites exclusively produce plant-based products. Schouten is unique in this respect.

With international logistics flows geared to the QSR and food service industry, Schouten makes every delivery date happen. For carriage paid deliveries, we work together with our logistics partners for transport by truck, container ship, or air freight. Pick up orders on site? This can be done in cooperation with you.

Our Supply Chain Department ensures that everything runs smoothly and that you always know where your order is. We even apply the latest GS1 standards for full traceability from farm to shelf.

What is AEO?
AEO stands for Authorised Economic Operator. It is a customs certificate. It is proof to customs that you are a reliable party. Having this certificate gives you advantages in international trade. This way you are less strictly checked at the border. This makes it easier and faster for goods to cross the border.
