Method of preparation

Bake in oven: Oven: 10-12 minutes at 180°C. Turn once.
Fry in pan: Frying pan: 10-12 minutes on medium heat. Turn every now and then.
Grill: Grill: Rub with (olive) oil. Grill for 10 minutes, turn regularly.
