Mycoprotein Cubes: versatile vegan cubes

Discover Mycoprotein Cubes — plant-based cubes with a firm, fibrous texture. Thanks to their neutral flavour, they form a flexible base for a wide range of applications. The structure makes them ideal for recipes that require a recognisable bite.

Mycoprotein Cubes aligned with plant-based trends

Mycoprotein plays an increasingly important role as an ingredient in plant-based product development. Its fibrous structure suits chicken-style applications and fits the growing Ingredients segment. It also responds to the demand for new plant-based protein sources that are not soy-based.

Mycoprotein Cubes for industry and foodservice

Thse cubes work well in salads, stir-fries, wraps, and meal components. They remain firm during preparation and add a subtle plant-based twist to dishes. For the food industry, they offer an attractive base for new chilled and frozen concepts. Foodservice can easily use them as a topping or protein component.

What is mycoprotein?

Mycoprotein is produced from fungi grown in a controlled environment, where they are fed with glucose. During this process, the fungi multiply into a compact, fibrous structure similar to meat. Mycoprotein is naturally low in fat and cholesterol.
